1) Shipping & Processing - How long does fulfillment take?

Each order has same day process & fulfillment in Canada. Rates can be available at checkout, included estimated delivery date.

All products ordered will be processed the same day and shipped with Canada Post. We offer express shipping with a tracking to follow the current progress of the item.

We currently offer the following shipping options:

Canada

1. Standard Mail Delivery: 2-13 day delivery, no tracking or insurance

2. Expedited Parcel Delivery: 1-7 day delivery, tracking and insurance up to $100.00

3. XpressPost Parcel Delivery: 1-3 day delivery, tracking and insurance up to $100.00



United States

1. Small Packets - Air: 5-8 day delivery, no tracking

2) Will I receive a notification of my shipping & tracking?

All orders will be processed and confirmed with a tracking number, including an email confirmation and up to date status of courier delivery. Please use the link above to track the status of your order. If you do not see any available tracking, please reach out to our customer service team at support@medixsupply.ca.

Do you process returns & exhanges?

Due to COVID-19, we do not process returns, however if there is an issue with quality, or the products do not meet your standards, please email us at sales@medihealthsupply.ca
